Why do I receive the warning message "Some emails have not been sent!" during the execution of the requests?

Some of the e-mail addresses of the e-mail notification recipients are incorrect or not defined. If the error still occurs after you have confirmed the addresses, you have to check the address of the SMTP server in the configuration module (General Tab > SMTP server). Try to send yourself a sample e-mail by clicking on the "Test" link.

Why are there no e-mail notifications sent during the processes execution?

Why are my requests automatically cancelled after a certain number of actions?

The administrators of WorkflowGen can parameterize the maximum number of instances created per action (default = 50).  This is a safeguard against infinite workflow loops, but under certain workflow circumstances you may need more instances. You can increase this limit from the configuration module (User module tab > Request section).
