When is it possible to cancel a process?

A process can be cancelled when its status is in "Test" or "Construction" mode.
For active processes; all associated requests must be closed.
What are categories used for?
Categories are used to classify the processes of the same type, being managed by the same department, meeting close needs and also to carry out research on requests by sorting on a category.
Categories can be used to group processes in the end user portal page in the "New Request" list (This configuration is possible from the end user module parameters screen).
