WorkflowGen Mobile enables the users who have already implemented the WorkflowGen workflow / BPM software on their corporate web servers to access the WorkflowGen portal and perform their workflow actions remotely via their iPhone and iPad devices.

WorkflowGen Mobile allows the users to stay in touch with their enterprise processes wherever they are by using the following features: 

- display the list of processes 

- launch a new process

- display the actions to do

- assign an action to another person

- perform searches

- complete web forms

- track the processes

- display the audit trail of the processes

- view processes attachments

- display and add comments to a process

- display late processes and actions indicators

The app is available for FREE to all the WorkflowGen users (Standard, Advanced, Enterprise).

- WorkflowGen Standard, Advanced or Enterprise Release 5.2 or greater must be installed on a web server that can be accessed via a VPN or Extranet.

- WorkflowGen Web Service API must be configured and accessible.

- Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iPhone OS 3.1.3 or later.

- URL: A valid WorkflowGen Web application URL. e.g. https://server/wfgen

- Username: A WorkflowGen account username.

- Password: The password associated with the account.

- Refresh: Defines the refresh frequency in seconds for the lists. Default: 3000

- Maximum items: Sets the maximum number of displayed items in the lists. Default: 25

- Display code names: Displays the process element's name instead of their description in the application. Default: Off

- Associated data displayed: Defines the number of primary data visible in the follow-up form. Default: 3
